Pricing
How much does it cost?
€2 per GB of RAM, plus a tiered player charge (€0.30 / €0.50 / €0.75 / €1.00 per slot depending on plan size). See /pricing/compare for the side-by-side breakdown against Apex, Bisect and Shockbyte.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees, no contracts, no hidden surcharges at checkout. You pay monthly and the price you see on /pricing is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. You can cancel any time from your account settings, and Stripe handles pro-rated refunds for unused time.
Reliability
What if my server crashes?
Our AI crash analyzer reads the log, matches against known crash patterns, and tries an automatic fix first. If the crash is novel, the health-runner alerts you (and us) so we can look at it. See /ai-reliability for how the auto-fix loop works in practice.
Do you do backups?
Daily snapshots are taken automatically. Weekly restore-tests verify they actually work — most hosts skip this step and only discover broken backups when a customer needs one. Off-site DR backup is available when OFFSITE_BACKUP_PROVIDER is configured.
What's your uptime?
See /status for live status and 30-day history per service (panel, agent, billing, game-server pool). We publish real numbers, including incidents — not a marketing 99.99 % claim.
Modpacks
What modpacks do you support?
All CurseForge, Modrinth and FTB modpacks install via one-click. 36+ popular packs are pre-tuned in our shared recipe database (ZOMBIEMANIA, ATM10, Prominence II, Vault Hunters, DawnCraft, Cobblemon, etc.) so the heap, GC and per-mod config land right on first boot. Can I bring my own modpack?
Yes. Upload a server-pack zip or .mrpack via the Migration tool at /migrate, or paste a CurseForge / Modrinth project URL. Custom packs work — they just don't benefit from the pre-tuned recipe.
What about Bedrock players?
Geyser is a one-click install on any Java server. Bedrock players (mobile, console, Windows 10) can then join your Java world without changing anything client-side.
Account
How do I cancel?
Settings → Cancel subscription. Stripe handles the pro-rated refund for unused time automatically. Your world stays available for download for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Can I move my server elsewhere?
Yes. Full world, mods and config download is available any time from the dashboard. No lock-in — you can take everything with you on the way out.
Is my data secure?
EU-only data residency (Helsinki), HTTPS everywhere, bcrypt password hashing, Stripe-handled card data, encrypted secrets at rest, per-customer VM isolation. See /security for the full breakdown and the responsible-disclosure contact.
