The original GregTech Community Edition automation pack on Forge 1.12.2 — 605K downloads. Omnifactory is the direct predecessor to Nomifactory CEu (in catalog): it established the 'GregTech-lite' formula where standard Forge mods are integrated into a GregTech progression without the full GT New Horizons complexity. Nomifactory CEu forked from and expanded Omnifactory; choose Omnifactory for the original version, choose Nomifactory for the newer community fork with more features and better balance.

We measured 6 GB as the boot floor on a real dedicated VM — not a guess. The signup flow pre-sizes to 6 GB so you can't accidentally under-provision.

Careful — Our most recent boot test failed on 2026-08-03. The whole log, failures included, stays public on our /verified page while we work on it. The page stays up because the pack is installable and the log is public, but we are not calling it working right now.
What happens if it crashes anyway?
