Builds on the Techopolis formula: spawn inside a pre-built city structure floating in a void, use the city's infrastructure to bootstrap automation, then expand outward. Techopolis 3 (in catalog, NeoForge 1.21.1) is the current edition; this 1.19.2 Forge version is for groups tied to the older ecosystem or who have played 3 and want the predecessor. The city-as-starting-structure concept remains the same.
