Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fee. No long-term contract. You can cancel any time from your billing portal.
How does the player-count pricing work?
The first 10 player slots are included with every plan. Beyond that, additional slots are tiered: 11–25 = €0.30/slot, 26–50 = €0.50/slot, 51–100 = €0.75/slot. A 4 GB server with 20 players costs €8 + €3 = €11/month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade RAM and player slots from your billing portal. Changes apply on your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer pro-rated refunds for unused time within the first 7 days. Contact [email protected].
What about taxes?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. EU customers will see VAT applied at checkout based on your billing country.
