Things people ask before signing up.

How much RAM does a FiveM server need?
FiveM is more CPU-bound than RAM-bound. 6 GB is fine for small RP communities (<24 slots, vanilla + a handful of scripts). The 8 GB tier is the sweet spot for an ESX or QBCore server with 24–32 active players. 12–16 GB only matters once you have 50+ concurrent players, heavy AI / mission resources, or you run several long-running map / world scripts.
What is a cfx.re license key and where do I get one?
FiveM servers register with the cfx.re master server using a free license key. Sign in at https://portal.cfx.re/servers/registration-keys, click Generate, and paste the cfxk_<random>_<random> key into our signup form. Keys are free; one key per server. The server runs in offline mode (60-min grace) without one, but won't appear in the FiveM browser until you set it.
Do you support ESX and QBCore?
Yes. txAdmin (the web admin UI we install by default) ships official recipes for both frameworks. Pick one at first boot and txAdmin downloads + wires it into server.cfg automatically. You can also bring your own framework or run a vanilla server.
Can I install paid resources from Tebex?
Yes. Paid resources usually drop into resources/[your-folder]/ and add an ensure line to server.cfg. Use txAdmin's file manager or SFTP. We do not gate which resources you run — your server, your rules — but we expect you to honour the resource authors' licensing.
How does your pricing compare to ZAP-Hosting and FiveM-Hosting.com?
We sit under ZAP and FiveM-Hosting.com on every comparable tier. A 12 GB / 48-slot RP server is €35/mo with us vs €30-40 at ZAP and €30-35 at FiveM-Hosting.com. A 16 GB / 64-slot Big City plan is €49/mo with us vs €45-55 at ZAP. We run the same Hetzner cpx-line hardware top RP communities self-host on, in Helsinki. The trade-off: txAdmin is your self-serve admin panel for now, not a full custom CoalHost dashboard like ZAP's — we'll build that out as the customer base grows. For most RP operators txAdmin covers everything they need.
Can I switch between FiveM and Minecraft on the same plan?
Not yet — game type is chosen at signup and the install path is fundamentally different (FiveM is a native Linux binary, Minecraft runs in itzg/Docker). If you want both, the recommended path is two servers on the same Stripe customer (same email, same billing).
